To order any of our EBusiness virtual server packages, please fill-out our Online Virtual Server Order Form, and your account will be ready within 0 to 8 hours after we receive your order and process your payment. Please note that orders with new domain registration may take upto 12 hours for processing. Also, due to the standard propagation time for registry updates, it may take 24-72 hours for a new domain to be functional across the Internet.

EBusiness Virtual Server Feature Explanation

Your Own Domain Name (www.yourname.com)

We configure the DNS entries for your domain name and host name (yourname.com and www.yourname.com) in our servers when we setup your account.

If you already have a domain name, you would need to modify your domain with the appropriate registry with our nameserver and IP address information for moving your domain to our servers. If you are not sure how to modify your domain, please contact us and we will provide the necessary information. Most registries do not charge anything for domain modification, but requires that only the Registrant or Admin Contact for a domain initiates or approves domain modification. You can verify Registrant or Admin Contact for your domain by using our Domain Lookup tool. Domain move does NOT involve any change in domain ownership or domain registrar.

If you order a new domain name, then we register your domain name with your ownership with an appropriate registry and charge you only $14.95 fee (one-year InterNIC or registry fee included!). This fee is non-refundable, requires pre-payment and is in addition to any hosting and setup fee.

If you would like to register your domain yourself or if you are ordering a foreign domain name, then we will provide our nameserver, IP address and technical contact information that you would need to register your domain with any appropriate registry. Please be advised that accurate entry of our nameserver information in the registry database is required before your domain name will work. Also, please note that the domain registry fee would apply, irrespective of the ISP or webhost you select to register or host your domain with. Most registries charge a non-refundable $30.00-$35.00 per year of domain registry fee and require pre-payment of the fee.

This means if you are using Microsoft FrontPage to author or design web pages, you can publish highly professional looking web pages in your account quickly and easily, without any FTP or programming knowledge.

Free Traffic Included

All EBusiness accounts come with free unlimited hits. You will be able to monitor your site traffic with graphic statistics software included in the web control panel for your account. If our estimate suggests that you might be approaching your monthly traffic limit, we will notify you in advance so you will never get a surprise bill for exceeding traffic limit. If your account exceeds the limit, you will be asked to pay for extra traffic at a rate of $0.70 per 100 MB of traffic per month, and you might be advised to switch to a higher traffic account.

All EBusiness accounts have access to Ensim Control Panel, one of the finest, user-friendly and secure web-based control panels available in the internet today. This allows you to create and manage FTP/POP email accounts, email aliases, autoresponders, check your website's traffic statistics, create and manage password protected web directories, and much more, with any standard web browser, from anywhere in the world, in real time without requiring any programming knowledge on your part. It also allows you to access your online support manual for your account.

FTP Accounts

All EBusiness accounts come with multiple FTP accounts and unlimited FTP access to our servers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, so you can update your website any time you like using any standard FTP client software.

POP Email Accounts

All EBusiness accounts come with multiple POP email account(s). A POP account is a password-authenticated protocol based real email account that can receive and store email messages. Your POP accounts will be anyname@yourdomain.com. Using your Web Control Panel, you will be able to add, delete or modify the POP accounts. The POP accounts can be accessed from anywhere in the world through any POP-client software (like Outlook Express, Netscape Mail, etc.) or with web browsers using the webmail system that we install in your account. Also, any POP account can be the destination of one or multiple email aliases that you can forward to the POP account using the Ensim Control Panel.

Web-based Email

With the webmail system that we install in all EBusiness accounts, you will be able to access, compose, reply to, organize, and delete your email messages 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world with any standard web browser.

Unlimited Email Aliases with Catch-All Address

EBusiness accounts allow you to use unlimited email aliases including a catch-all address for your domain. For instance, you will be able to use addresses like webmaster@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, admin@yourdomain.com and anynames@yourdomain.com. Email messages sent to anything before @yourdomain.com will automatically go to your catch-all POP email account, or to your preferred external account that you have from your ISP or from any other provider. You will be able to manage your catch-all address using Ensim Control Panel 24 hours a day.

Email Redirection

With email forwarding option available with EBusiness accounts, you will be able to forward messages received at selected addresses to be forwarded to separate destination addresses. For instance, you may decide to forward emails for webmaster@yourdomain.com to you@yourdomain.com, messages received at sales@yourdomain.com to be forwarded to john123@yahoo.com, and messages for support@yourdomain.com to go to mary@herisp.com and so on. You will be able to create, delete and update the forwarding addresses instantly using Ensim Control Panel 24 hours a day.

Email Autoresponders

EBusiness accounts offer you the ability to have autoresponders for specific email addresses. Using autoresponders is a handy way to provide your clients with an instantaneous response to their emails. For instance, when any of your prospect or client sends an email to info@yourdomain.com, the server can email your pre-designated message to the sender's email address automatically. You will be able to create, edit, update and delete the autoresponders instantly using Ensim Control Panel 24 hours a day.

Detailed Traffic Statistics

For all EBusiness accounts, we offer you access to detailed traffic statistics for your website with an easy-to-understand graphic interface. This includes Analog web/ftp statistics and Webalizer web traffic statistics. The Analog statistics also include referrer statistics for your site. If your visitors used links somewhere else in the internet to reach your site, then the referrer statistics will display those links for you. This is greatly useful for businesses that would like to relate their marketing strategies and advertising campaigns with incoming traffic and their sources. You will also have access to raw server log files for your site.

Your Own CGI-bin

The EBusiness accounts allow you to execute your own CGI applications. Your account comes with your own cgi-bin for placing your scripts, and we make sure that you can use cgi-scripts in your account. However, configuration and or debugging of CGI-scripts is a time-consuming task, and we won't be able to help you with that unless you use our web design or programming services.

Password Protected Web Directories

You will be able to use Ensim Control Panel to instantly password protect any of your web directories. This will require visitors to the protected part of your website to enter username and password before they can view the contents in that directory. Please note that if you have asked us to install FrontPage extensions of your site, then you would need to use FrontPage to create and manage password protected web directories.

Server Side Includes

All EBusiness accounts allow you to use Server Side Includes in case you are using any CGI script that needs SSI. This allows you to use SSI directives in .shtml pages. Use of SSI requires additional server resources, since the html files are also parsed for SSI commands.

Secure Server Access

Secure servers allow encrypted transport of information over the web. This feature is considered very significant for certain data transfer needs including for credit card transactions and confidential communications. Qualified EBusiness accounts allow you to use shared SSL in your account with no additional fee.

MySQL Databases

When visitors browse through your site containing any of these application files, their browsers will be prompted to load the appropriate viewers/players to open the files associated with the mime-types.
