What We Don't Provide

To better serve website clients' needs, GlobalFront currently does NOT provide internet access. If you are trying to sell or provide customer service online, then you would need to have internet access from any ISP to retrieve emails that your visitors send you. We can direct you to any of the free internet access providers if you don't have internet access at this time. Of course, if you are planning to use your website for informational purposes only, then you won't necessarily need to have internet access, as your site visitors will still be able to contact you by phone, fax or in person at your premise, depending on the contact information that you would like us to post on your website.

Please note that if you already have the necessary skills or skilled personnel to design, publish and update your website and are only looking for web hosting services, then you might want to check out our web hosting packages that allow you to access our servers, login, publish and update your sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year from anywhere in the world. Only $1200.00 for the first year and $600 for each additional year. Domain registration fee is included! Additional site updates will be billed at $10.00 per 20 minutes of work. There is no hidden or additional fee!*

*The prices listed are estimates only, but usually we will honor these estimates. However, we reserve the right to provide you with a more accurate price quote after we receive enough information on exactly what you would like us to do for your site. Custom Presence

The Custom Presence Plan is for those of you who would like to select what you would need in your website. Please send us an email at design@globalfront.com with a detailed description of what you already have (hard copies, electronic copies of text and images), and what would you like us us to do, and we will either contact you or provide you with a free price quote without any obligation. Please make sure to include your full name, contact information and business/organization information in your message.

Web Presence Policies

All web presence services provided by GlobalFront are subject our policies.
Domain registration fee is non-refundable.
Basic, Economy and Value presence services require full payments while Plus and Premium presence services require 50% of the payments in advance, additional 25% at the end of 50% of the work, and the rest 25% when the work is completed.
Site contents are delivered and web-presence sites are activated only after we receive 100% of the payment for web presence.
Unless otherwise mentioned by us, most of the web presence services are delivered within 7 to 14 days after we receive your material for contents of your site, and the required payments for the service ordered.
You can send us the necessary material by mail, email, or FTP services. Additional instruction for these options are offered after we receive your order.
