GlobalFront, then Global Domain Control Panel may be installed for your domain configured
in our server(s). The following is the copyright agreement and our disclaimer for your use
of Global Domain Control Panel, henceforth referred as GDCP. By using GDCP to manage your
domain(s) configured in our server(s), you agree that you have read, understood and agreed
to the following: GDCP was developed by GlobalFront to allow its clients and resellers the ability to manage and update URL and IP forwarding, browser redirection, email forwarding and meta tags for their domains with any standard browser in real time, without requiring any programming background on the part of the User. By providing you access to GDCP, GlobalFront is offering you (the "licensee") the "license to use GDCP". The GDCP software including its source codes and images are the properties of GlobalFront. Unauthorized reproduction, use or distribution of the software or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law. GlobalFront reserves the right to add new features and/or remove existing features from the GDCP solely based on GlobalFront's own consideration of security, system compatibility, and convenience. In case GlobalFront or its employees or programmers feel it necessary to modify the existing GDCP for any of the reasons specified above, GlobalFront reserves the right to modify GDCP and/or replace the existing version of GDCP with other versions for any or all of its domains without prior notification to the User. DISCLAIMER: The GDCP is provided by GlobalFront "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall GlobalFront, its officers, employees, programmers, agents, resellers, referrers or distributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits and or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise), arising in any way out of the use of the GDCP or of the failure of GDCP to perform any specific function due to any reason, even if GlobalFront or its officers, employees, programmers, agents, resellers, referrers or distributors had been advised of the possibility of such damage.
